-- It can be used in a wide range of pH conditions and easy to use. Under the optimized process ,it can make the cost savings more than 20%.
Usage
-- Neutral cellulase ZPM-3000 can use in spillover, jet dyeing machine and wet-processing equipment with stirring.
-- Neutral cellulase ZPM-3000 is easy to operate no matter before dyeing or after dyeing and achieve the best polishing effect in pH range of 5 to 8, 6 is the best at 55 degree centigrade.
-- In addition, Neutral cellulase ZPM-3000 can synchronously use with biological polishing process and other bioprocessing such as biological bleaching, refining and dyeing to achieve cost optimization.
-- Neutral cellulase ZPM-3000 should be added at the beginning of dyeing processing of bleaching and oxygen removal. pH and temperature should be adjust to dyeing requirement before adding and stir for 10-20min then to add salt and dyes in dyeing process. Subsequently adding alkali of polishing enzyme is inactivated.
Packing and storage
-- Packing: 25 kg/polyethylene drum
-- Storage: Keep it cool and dry ,6 months in sealed container at room temperature.
Notice: Enzyme products will gradually reduce vitality after a long store, details depends on storage temperature. Keep it in cold storage at 25 degree centigrade (77 Fahrenheit degree) in sealed container for more than 12 months. Long time storage or other harmful conditions including higher temperatures that leads to increased dosage.
