New type bulky silicone softener SR-183D

Introduction

SR-183D is the new organic silicon polymer manufactured by adopting the new synthesis method, and modified with double functional groups, then blended with other compounds.

SR-183D is mainly applied to synthetic fibers (such as full polyester, nylon, acrylic, artificial wool, polar fleece, coral fleece, etc.). Comparing with the general amino modified silicone softener, it can give the treated fabric good soft fluffy and low yellowing performance.

Features

Usage

Padding processing:

Dosage 20-50g/l, pre-dry at 120℃, stenter at 150-180℃for 50 seconds.

Exhaustion processing:

Dosage 2-5% (owf), dip at 30-50℃×20-30min, dewater and dry at 100℃.

Dilute methods:

SR-183D is a high concentration product, it should be diluted before applied to fabric’s post-treatment. It could be diluted with cold water, it is suggested the dilution ratio of silicone oil to water is around 1:9. Procedures: add calculated Silicone softener 3206E to an agitator, then a small amount of water, switch on the power, add half of the residue water slowly during stirring, after running ten minutes, add the another half water and continuously stir for about ten minutes to get a transparent to translucent emulsion with blue light, stop stirring, filter and discharge.

Note: don't add all the water at once during operation. In order to get qualified products, there is a self-emulsifying process. Please dilute according to the dilution method strictly.

Packaging and storage

125 kgs per drum, be sealed and stored in room temperature, quality guarantee period 6 months.
